FORM & FREQUENCY: How Form First in White Bear Lake and Honeycomb Cottage MN in Stillwater Are Rebuilding Human Longevity — One Body at a Time

In a world obsessed with surface-level health, two radically different experiences are helping people actually heal from the inside out:

• Form First, led by Hunter Schwietz in White Bear Lake, MN — where form, structure, breath, and mobility are retrained for pain-free movement and real performance.

• Honeycomb Cottage MN, in Stillwater — where clients lie above 150,000+ live bees and experience deep, vibrational nervous system recalibration through apitherapy.

One uses movement. One uses stillness.

But both target the nervous system, fascia, and biological rhythm to unlock long-term healing and human potential.

Meet Hunter Schwietz — Founder of Form First

Hunter Schwietz is not your average trainer:

• A Biomechanics Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES)  .

• With over a decade of movement study, Hunter turned personal adversity—three major knee surgeries—into purpose. He rebuilt his own structure and now helps others do the same  .

• His philosophy: “The body adapts to both injury and intelligent design. If you learn to move right, you stop needing to fix it.” .

• Certified also in Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics Specialist, and holds an A.A. in Liberal Arts and Science from Century College  .

When he’s not helping align bodies, Hunter’s out fishing on White Bear Lake with his dog Harley and family—a reminder that movement isn’t just exercise—it’s life in flow

FORM FIRST: WHERE STRENGTH BEGINS WITH STRUCTURE

Hunter’s method isn’t a typical workout. It’s nervous-system-based performance.

At Form First, your body is retrained to move the way it evolved to — without pain, dysfunction, or compensations.

Core practices include:

• Breathwork tied to movement

• Restoring gait, posture, and muscular sequencing

• Load-based reconditioning without inflammation

• Functional progressions that scale across all ages

“You don’t need more workouts. You need better structure.”

— Form First Philosophy

But even with perfect form, there’s a limit if the nervous system stays locked in fight-or-flight.

That’s where the bees come in.

HONEYCOMB COTTAGE: HEALING THROUGH RESONANCE

At Honeycomb Cottage MN, clients rest atop two sealed hives filled with live bees. These bees emit a vibrational frequency (~250–300 Hz) proven to influence the human nervous system in ways science is only beginning to understand.

Apitherapy mechanisms include:

• Vibroacoustic entrainment — The hive hum vibrates through fascia, modulating vagal tone and releasing stored tension.

• Propolis-rich aerosols — The air inside the hive contains trace amounts of melittin, apamin, and PLA2, shown to reduce inflammation, support neural repair, and enhance lung function.

• HRV & coherence — Bee frequencies naturally guide the body into parasympathetic dominance, increasing HRV and mental clarity.

• Fascial resonance — Just like fascia must be taught to lengthen through movement (Form First), it can also unwind through vibration and subtle stimulation.

WHY BOTH WORK TOGETHER

Movement and stillness aren’t opposites — they’re two poles of recalibration.

• Form First shows your body how to move in alignment.

• Honeycomb Cottage allows your system to feel safe enough to receive that alignment fully.

Together, they offer a closed loop of repair:

1. Form First teaches the structure.

2. Honeycomb Cottage’s bee therapy teaches the system to relax into it.

That’s real longevity.
